The VR-ROI Learning Community, comprised of two members from each stakeholder agency, will be key to building communication networks among state VR agencies, State Rehabilitation Councils and other advocacy organizations around the use of ROI information. The VR-ROI Learning Community will meet once annually in-person as well as quarterly via conference calls/GoToMeeting. The Learning Community members will provide feedback to help develop training content, strategies, and modalities. In the later stages of the project the Learning Community meetings will also provide information on how the ROR/ROI information is being used. Identification of additional stakeholders who may benefit from proposed training activities and providing input into the development of recommended standards for conducting ROI studies of the VR program are tasks that will be conducted by the Learning Community as is an annual review of the VR-ROI work plan
